THE
NEW DADE COUNTY CODE
Dade
County, in Florida, in the aftermath of Hurricane Andrew's devastation,
have passed a new, stricter building code. All new homes constructed
in the counties of Miami-Dade and Broward now have to comply with
these codes.
It
has also been stated that it is just a matter of time before the
whole State of Florida adopts these codes - there is even talk that
legislation could be in place as early as Spring 2002.
The
