PVC windows in general do not require maintenance or painting. To clean the PVC frame use a mild soap and warm water. For tougher stains use mild cleaners. Abrasive cleaners may scratch the surfaces. An annual spray of WD40 or silcone spray will lubricate the product and ensure its smooth operation.
